It is with great sadness that the family of the late Patricia Helen Hull announce her passing on Monday, October 2nd 2023 at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Center, at age 80, with her loving family by her side.

Born in Burin, Patricia was the daughter of the late Patrick and Adeline (Penney) O’Neill.

Patricia leaves with many precious memories, her husband of 56 years, Cordell Hull, her children, Jennifer Hull, and Eleanor (David) Clarke, daughter in law, Ellissa Hull, grandchildren, Andrew Clarke (Candace Ennis), Megan Clarke (Noah King), Samuel Hull, and Jennifer Hull. She also will be sadly missed by sisters, Georgina O’Neill (Al Pardy), Marie (Dennis) Morgan, brother in law, Richard Matthew, sister in law, Marie Allen, cousin, Mary Cremin, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Patricia was predeceased by her son, Robert Hull, sister, Marguerite Matthew, and brother in law, Warrick Allen.

Patricia, commonly referred to as Pat, graduated as a registered nurse from St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital in St. Johns. She continued her career in various cottage hospital including Burin, Harbour Breton, Gander, and Channel Hospital in Port aux Basques, and retired from Dr. Charles L. LeGrow hospital. Patsy was an avid reader, enjoyed a good game of cards, and loved music and dancing. We will sadly miss her.

In keeping with Patricia’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 6th, from 6:30 – 8:30 P.M, and Saturday, October 7th from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M with a Funeral Service starting at 3:00 P.M. all from Oceanside Funeral Home, 23 Read Street, Port aux Basques, with interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia may be made to Dr. Charles L LeGrow Health Center.
