It is with great sadness that the family of the late Arthur Keeping announces his passing at Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre, with his loving family by his side on September 24th, 2024 at the age of 71. Born in Burnt Islands, Arthur was the son of the late Arthur and Sarah (nee King) Keeping.

Arthur leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his brother, John (Linda) Keeping, stepson, Philip Parsons, step granddaughter, Brooke, sisters and brother-in laws, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Arthur was predeceased by his wife, Florence, son, Godfrey (Christa Ball), brothers, Chester (Violet) Keeping and Eric Keeping, companion, Kate Parsons and his loving dog, Hunter.

Family and friends may visit St. George’s Anglican Church, Burnt Islands, on Thursday, September 26th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00 -9:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Friday, September 27th at 2:00 p.m. from St. George’s Anglican Church with Deacon John Billard officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Haven Cemetery. Flowers accepted or donations in memory of Arthur can be made charity of one’s choice or St. George’s Anglican Church.
