It is with great sadness that the family of the late James MacIsaac announces his peaceful passing on Monday, April 14th, 2025, at Bay St. George Long Term Care, at the age of 89. Born in St. Andrews, James was the son of the late Allen and Catherine (nee Young) MacIsaac.
James will be greatly missed by his daughter, Nicole, son, Curtis (Carol), and grandchildren, Kyle, Ethan, Evan, Kayleigh, Hope, Owen, and great granddaughter Everly. He also leaves to mourn his sister, Kathleen Doyle, sisters in laws, Gloria MacIsaac, Bonnie MacIsaac, and brother-in-law Frederick Way, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
James was predeceased by his loving wife, Edna (nee Way), brothers, Gerald (Helen), Archie, Raymond, Frederick, Angus, Patrick (Pauline), Joseph, baby brothers, Kevin, Andrew, James, John, and sisters in law, Louise Kettle and Viola Annable.
In keeping with James’ wishes, cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of James may be made to Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church. Words of comfort can be sent to the family by visiting www.oceansidefh.ca.
