It is with great sadness that the family of the late Nelson Robert Green announces his peaceful passing on Friday, September 19th, 2025, in Edmonton, Alberta, at the age of 73. Born in Port aux Basques, Nelson was the son of the late Kenneth and Esther (nee Ford) Green.

Nelson leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his sisters, Luetta (Phil) Lomond and Marina (Ralph) Wall, brother, Terry Green (Marlene Seymour) and brother-in-law, Carson King (Lynn) , plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Nelson was predeceased by his parents and sister, Catherine King.

In keeping with Nelson’s wishes, cremation has taken place and private family service will be held. Donations in Nelson’s memory may be made to charity of one’s choice.
