If you were lucky enough to cross Stans paths, his smile, his stories, and his gift of music would stay with you forever.
There was no instrument he couldn’t bring to life, though his passion was always the fiddle and accordion. The delight he took in seeing people dance and clap along was contagious.
Hunting was another of his great passions, and he cherished every moment spent alongside his wife Kitty, his favorite partner. He loved nothing more than the quiet moments spent sitting and waiting for a black bear.
The most meaningful legacy he leaves is that his passions for music, hunting and so many other values is now alive in his children and grandchildren, and destine to carry on forever.
Stanley was a stevedore at CN Marine his entire life and retired in 1990.
The family would like to thank the Staff at the Western Health Long Term Care unit and Mountain Hope Manor for their kindness and compassionate care.
