It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of David John Buckland announces his sudden passing in Haliburton Ontario on Saturday, July 17, 2021, at the age of 43. David was the son of Darlene Chaulk and the late Roland Lewis Buckland. David was predeceased by grandparents, Annie and Jack Buckland, grandparents, Melissa and Jack Chaulk, and father, Roland Buckland. David leaves to mourn a large circle of family and an even larger circle of friends. David was a friendly and loveable person and made friends wherever he went. A Service of Remembrance will take place on Monday, August 30, 2021, at 11:00 am at St. Michaels and All Angels Church in Rose Blanche, officiated by Rev. Canon Jeffrey Petten. Interment to follow at Hillside Haven Cemetery, where David will be laid to rest with his grandfather, Jack Buckland, grandmother, Annie Buckland and father, Roland Buckland.
