Obituary of Keith Richard Lambert

It is with great sadness that the family of Keith Lambert announces his sudden but peaceful passing on Sunday, August 22, 2021, at the age of 51. Born in Botwood, Keith was the son of the late Wilson and Lillian Lambert. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 25 years, Kimberly, sons Jonathan (Alana Harvey) and Damian (Tiana Keeping), and grandchildren Max Keeping and Ellie Lambert; and his special niece, Shawntel Hardy, his little monkey and the daughter he never had. Keith also leaves to mourn his father and mother-in-law Ches and Gertie Kane, sisters, Florence (Al) Lambert, Audrey (Gord) Pollard, Tina (Bern) Cook, Connie (Kevin) Lambert; brothers Wayne (Kathy) Lambert, Jarrett Lambert, and Paul Lambert; brothers- and sisters-in law Jackie (Darryl) St. Croix, Shawnda Kane, James Kane (Alyssa Ward); along with a large circle of nieces, nephews, and friends. Keith was predeceased by two very important people in his life who took a great part in his upbringing, Don and Violet Dwyer of Phillips head. He was also predeceased by his brothers Brian and Warren. The family will be receiving family and friends on Tuesday, August 24th from 2:00 to 4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm at Oceanside Funeral Home, 23 Read Street, Port aux Basques. In keeping with Keith’s wishes cremation to follow. Keith was known by many and loved by everyone who had the honour of knowing him. He was the kind of man who could always make you smile no matter what and greeted everyone he passed by, whether he knew them or not. His family was his life and he loved them unconditionally. Keith was so proud of his boys and his grandchildren and would do anything in the world for them. In his life he did not have a harsh word for anyone. Despite how challenging the last few months were for Keith, he pushed on and stayed positive, always keeping a smile on his face. Keith’s memory will live on in the hearts and minds of all those who loved him and he will never be forgotten. Flowers graciously accepted. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Oceanside Funeral Home, 23 Read Street, Port aux Basques, 695-7010.
