She also leaves to mourn sisters and brothers, Robert (Susan)Pike, Faye(Melv) Keeping, Derek (Kim) Pike, Geneieve Pike (Vladimir) and Kim (Darryl) Ford, and large circle of nieces, nephews and friends.
Arlene was predeceased by her parents, Bob and Carrie Pike, mother and father in law, Clarence and Clara Hollett, Rita Collins, sister in law Vivian Pike, cousin, Candace Melbourne and baby nieces Kayla and Deidre.
Arlene had a love for Garry that words cannot define. The compassion and devotion he showed to Arlene until her dying breath was more than any woman can ask for in a partner. He was the light of her life and showed her what it was like to be truly loved.
Her greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted, passionate and caring mother to Kristopher and Amy. She loved her grandson Riley and great- granddaughter Dalila dearly and wanted nothing but the best for them.
Arlene loved the outdoors, she was an amazing cook and was exceptionally crafty. She treated everyone like family. Always doing for everyone else. Her love of life, her generous and caring nature touched the lives of everyone she knew. Gaining respect and acquiring long lasting friendships. She will be sadly missed and will forever be in our hearts
In lieu of flowers Arlene would like you to buy a flower for that special person in your life, do a kind deed for your family and friends or be generous to someone in need.
