Obituary of Philip Durnford

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Philip Durnford announces his sudden passing on Saturday, January 15th,2022 at Mountain Hope Manor, at the age of 62. Born in Parsons Harbour, Philip was the son of the late Henry and Emily (Prosser) Durnford. Philip leaves to mourn with loving memories his children; Tasha Durnford, Riley Durnford (Haley Billard), Amy (Blake) Duhart, grandchildren; Tristan Durnford and Carter Durnford. He will also be sadly missed by his sisters, brother and in-laws; Victoria Savoury, Clayton (Joan) Durnford, Sebina Keeping (Henry Dollimount) and a large circle of nieces, nephews and many friends. He was predeceased by sister Effie Collier and brothers in-laws Chesley Collier, Billy Keeping and Norman Savoury. In keeping with Philip's wishes, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held on Friday, January 21 at 2:00 P.M. at Hillside Haven Cemetery with Rev. Dianna Fry officiating.
