It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late J. Arthur Huelin announces his passing at Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre on Saturday, February 16, 2019, with his loving family by his side at the age of 77. Born in Robinsons he was the son of the late George and Priscilla (LeFrense) Huelin.

Arthur was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Muriel (nee Day) of 31 years, children, Louis (Cindy) Huelin, Sue Huelin (Sonny), Jane Paradis, Diana (Greg) Purcell, Marlene (Jeffory) Dominaux, grandchildren, Samantha, Shana, Amie, and Justi , great-grandchildren, Mya, Ivy, MaKenzie and Joshua,brother in law, John Joe, sister-in-law, Margaret (Gerald) Rogers and Lydia Penniers, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Arthur was predeceased by sisters, Edna, Bessie, brother, Walter Huelin and stepbrothers, Josh and Benny Wells, stepsister Eliza Jane, son-in-law Fernand Paradis

In keeping with Arthur's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 18th from 7-9 pm and Tuesday, February 19 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., at Oceanside Funeral Home, 23 Read Street, Port aux Basques from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, February 20th at 2 pm officiated by Deacon Faye Coffin. Inurnment will take place at a later date. Flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
