It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of the late Annie Jane Parsons-Walsh on Thursday, April 7, 2022, with her loving family by her side at Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre at the age of 60 years. Born in Port aux Basques, she is the daughter of Susie (nee Osmond) and the late Harvey Parsons. Annie leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband, Jerry Walsh of 11 years, her children, Robert (Carole) Savory, Roslyn Savoury (Isreal), Robyn Savoury and Brandy Savoury, grandchildren, Emma, Alexandre, Ethan, Nathan, Sierra, Shawn, Stephen, Savannah, and Jayden. She also leaves to mourn sisters and brothers, Brenda Sweet, Brian (Tracey) Parsons, Bob (Melita) Parsons, Delores (Ralph) Drake, Harriett (Bob) Bragg and Jason (Tracey) Parsons, brothers and sisters in laws, Charlene Walsh and Dilbert Welsh, special friends, Albie Lawrence, Jeanie Anderson, Viola Ashford, niece, Wendy Sweet, her dog Princess, and a large circle of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Annie was predeceased by her father, Harvey Parsons, grandsons, Sheldon and McCoy, brother in law, Jack Sweet.

Family and friends may visit the Oceanside Funeral Home in Port aux Basques on ­­­­­­­­­Wednesday, April 13, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. In keeping with Annie’s wishes cremation will follow, and no funeral service will be held at this time.
