It is with great sadness we the family announce that the late Edna Mae (nee Pilgram) Earle, passed peacefully away at Dr. Charles L. Legrow Health Center in Port aux Basques on Thursday, August 18th 2022, at the age of 101 with her daughter Beryl by her side. Born in St. Anthony, Edna was the daughter of the late Arnold and Bertha (nee Patey) Pilgrim. Edna leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her daughters; Beryl (Wayne), Doreen (Jim), grandchildren; Chris (Marshi), Joanne, Ches (Sandy), Vincent (Shelley), Bruce, Lockie (Vickey), and Deon, great grandchildren; Chelsea, Austin, Jack, Quinn, Dyna, Atticus, Dylan, Noelle, Payden, Kayla, brother Lewis (Marsh), sister Beryl and special niece Judy Blake-Simms. Edna was predeceased by her parents, Arnold and Bertha Pilgrim, her husband John, sister Marjorie, brothers Wilson, and Sterling. The family wishes to send a special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Dr. Charles L. Legrow Health, and to special friend Roseanne. In keeping with Edna’s wishes, cremation has taken place with services to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
