It is with great sadness that the family of the late Leonard Joseph Doyle, announces his passing at Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre on Wednesday, May 15 at the age of 87. Born in Doyles, Leonard was the son of the late Thomas and Annie (née O’Reilly). He was predeceased by his sisters, Rita (Walter) McShane and Marie (Joseph) MacNeil and brothers, Kevin (Rita) Doyle, James (Dorothy) Doyle, Michael Doyle. He leaves to mourn with many fond and precious memories his loving and devoted wife Kathleen (née MacIsaac) of 60 years. His loving children, Sharon (John) MacIsaac, Mark, Brenda, Greg (Sharon) and Wanda, three grandchildren, Keegan, Cameron and Meghan and a large circle of nieces and nephews, and brother-in-law, James MacIsaac, sister-in-law, Eileen Doyle and foster sister, Ruth Doyle.The family will be receiving friends at the Church of Precious Blood in St. Andrew’s on Sunday, May 19, from 2:00 -4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. A wake service will be held 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, May 20 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Lee Lainey officiating. In keeping with Leonard’s wishes cremation to follow. Interment will be at Precious Blood Roman Catholic Cemetery on Friday, May 24 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Precious Blood Roman Catholic Cemetery.
