It is with great sadness that the families of the late Sharon Pike announce her passing on Tuesday, September 26th, 2023 at the age of 53, at Western Memorial Regional Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born in Port aux Basques, Sharon was the daughter of the late Clifford and Caroline Pike (nee Pearce).

Sharon will be sadly missed by her husband of 27 years, Terry LeRiche, her children, Amber LeRiche, Nicholas LeRiche, Megan LeRiche (Josh Bateman), Cordelia LeRiche, and Curtis LeRiche (Karen Maddix), and 13 grandchildren who she loved dearly.

Sharon also leaves to mourn her brothers and sisters, Gord (Joy) Pike, Cecil (Lynn) Pike, Janice Pike, Wayne (Tanya) Pike, and her favorite girls, Santana Pike, and Madalyn LeRiche-Bateman, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Sharon was predeceased by her parents, Clifford and Caroline Pike, mother and father in law, Gertrude and Albert LeRiche, her sister, Nancy Pike, nephew, Kyle Pike, and her guardian angel, Harriett Pike.

In keeping with Sharon’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 29th from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M, at Oceanside Funeral Home, 23 Read St, Port aux Basques. A graveside service will be held at St. James Anglican Cemetery, Barachois Hill, on Saturday, September 30th at 2:00 P.M. Flowers accepted, or donations in memory of Sharon may be made graciously to the family. Funeral arrangements were under the care of Oceanside Funeral Home.
