Please share a memory of Edna to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Edna Vautier announces her peaceful passing at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre on Thursday, October 12th, 2023, at the age of 84 with her loving family by her side. Born in LaPolie, she was the daughter of the late Margaret and Albert Taylor. Edna loved to knit and bake; she loved her card games and darts but most importantly was the love she had for her family. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children, Sheila Keeping, Kenneth (Debbie) Vautier, Lendy (Merna) Vautier, Jerry (Elaine) Vautier, Margaret (Bill) Taylor, Marlene (Gordon) Chant and Harry (Delores) Vautier, 18 grandchildren, and 32 great grandchildren whom she loved dearly. Edna will sadly be missed by her brother, Albert (Dulcie) Taylor, sisters, Margaret Francis, Gloria (Lew) Bond, Joyce (Clyde) Bateman, Lucy (Ray) Vautier, Ethel Taylor, her special aunt Josie McDermott, sisters and brothers in laws, Hubert (Shirley) Vautier, Gerald (Debbie) Vautier, Max (Clare) Vautier, Sybil (Gerald Wayne) King, Susie Thorne and Gilbert Riles, step children and step grandchildren, plus a large circle of nieces, nephews and extended family and a large circle of friends. Edna was predeceased by her husband, Walter Vautier, common law partner, Richard Blackmore, son -in-law, Edward Keeping, brother, Issac (Diane) Taylor, sister, Evelyn (Henry) Organ, brothers and sisters in laws, Albert Bond, Carrie (Max) Stone, Chelsey (Lois) Vautier, Amy Riles, Mildred (Jack) King, Kathleen (Jack) LeRiche, Loretta Vautier and Cecil Francis, mother and father-in-law, Addie and John Vautier. Special thanks to “her girls” at Mountain Hope Manor, Dr. Nikahd and Staff at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre, for taking special care of our loved one.
