It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Marilyn Suzette Letiec announces her sudden passing on Friday, February 2nd, 2024 at her home at the age of 56. Born in Port aux Basques, she was the daughter of the late William and Maggie (nee Bobbett) Pike. Marilyn leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband of 9 years, Jim, daughter, Lacey (Tyler), and the apple of her eye, granddaughter, Paislee Sheppard, who was her pride and joy. She also leaves to mourn her brothers, Ernest (Lori-ann), Barry (Janet), Jerome (Donna), Art (Lorna), Shawn (Kerrianne) and sister, Sherry Pike (Gary LeRiche) , sister-in-law, Tammy (Mario), and mother-in-law, Kathleen (Donald Pond), stepbrother, Don Pond, step sister, April (Laurie), and a large circle of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.


The family will be receiving family and friends Thursday, February 8th from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Oceanside Funeral Home. In keeping with Marilyn wishes, cremation will follow.
