Joe was the most motivated man I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was always the first to rise and get started on the day. The sound of his ATV first thing in the morning was always a welcome alarm.

Uncle Joe was an inspiration. I never met a more hardworking man. He was able to toss around 40 lb bags of concrete like they were sacks of flour when I was struggling to even lift them! He always had a mischievous glimmer in his eye and a ready smile for everyone. He was so kind and caring to me, and like another grandparent to my kids. Our family won’t be the same without him. All my love to Aunt Ann and family. Jenny

I will always remember Uncle Joe as the most caring person I ever met. He was always there for his family and friends. As kids we spent numerous hours with him and Ann making hay or just doing what ever they were doing . He loved the outdoors, whether he was cutting wood, making hay or in his garden.. no matter what it was he was in his glory. Rest in peace Uncle Joe.

Ann and family . I cannot tell you how sad that makes me feel. I only knew Joe from his visits to the hospital but in that time we had some great gardening chats . He always wore a smile and was so forever grateful for anyone’s help in any way . I will miss seeing him . Take care
