It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of the late Margaret Rose “Peggy” Ryan announces her peaceful passing on Monday, June 21, 2021, in the presence of her loving family at Dr. Charles LeGrow Health Centre. Born in Loch Lomond, Peggy was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Mary “Mamie” (Ryan) Luedee. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband, Gerald Ryan, after 51 years of marriage. She will be fondly remembered and missed by her sisters and brothers, Bernice Marks, Lucine Anderson, Cecilia Ryan (Gerard), Bernard(Adeline) Luedee, Ann Marie (Alex) Carter, Gordon Luedee (Betty O’Quinn), sisters-and brothers-in-law, Peggy Luedee, Eleanor Luedee, Cyrilla Riley, Catherine Ryan (Garry), Mary Noel (Andrew), Jessie Ryan, Susan Ryan, Patrick Ryan, Leonard Ryan; Aunt Josephine Gillis; large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. Peggy was predeceased by, her parents-in-law, Leo and Emeline (Gillis) Ryan, sister, Adele Wall, brothers, Cyril, James and Leo, sister and brother-in-laws, Bernard Wall, Alfred Anderson, Lew Marks, Barbara (Ryan) O’Quinn: Leo Ryan (Jr); Roger Ryan; John Ryan and niece Lori. In keeping with Peggy wishes cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be held a later date. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Oceanside Funeral Home, 23 Read Street, Port aux Basques.
