My most heartfelt condolences to Bill’s family & friends. I remember working alongside Bill at Cheeseman’s Park back in the 90’s when I was with The NL Conservation Corps Green Team and again as a Piping Plover Guardian - he was always cracking jokes and making us laugh. He will be sorely missed, I’m sure.
